About Me | Antmeyer

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, I later spent my childhood in the South of England either writing or spending an egregiously long time stuck at various points of 'The Curse of Monkey Island.'

In 2013 I studied Journalism at Teesside University where I was fortunate enough to befriend some fantastic games industry contacts through a chance encounter at a climbing/kayaking meet. Following that point, I leapt to work putting my journalistic experience to use at the Texas-based multimedia site Cinelinx.

I was soon put to work on my first narrative scripting job at RUCE writing an HTC Vive release title which sparked this love for writing in games, There's no challenge quite like writing in a VR development environment where the player has an almost unparalleled amount of access to your world.

I've been very fortunate to find myself in the working position I am in doing what is possibly the most fantastic dream job a 15-year-old me could ever have asked for and I look forward to bringing my best to your projects.
